Renee manages the East Region, so she sees only its three sites

A group with several sites needs managers who run a region, not a department. The button below signs you in as Renee Alvarez, East Region Manager. She sees every department at Eastgate Family Care, Jefferson Park and Main Campus, and nobody at the West Region's sites or the management company. Right now she sees 11 people in 4 departments.

As with Elena, this is not the screen hiding rows: the database returns only her sites' people and signatures. Policies belong to the whole organization, so she still reads every policy that applies at her sites, and the verdict, the overdue list and the evidence file are all about the East Region.

People, Overdue and Evidence can also be filtered by entity, region and site. The Organization page lists the entities, regions and sites, and shows the compliance officer who is limited to which part.
