Managers see only their part of the organization

The button below signs you in as Elena Vasquez, the nurse manager. The dashboard, people list, overdue list and evidence file now cover Clinical only. That is not the screen hiding rows: the database does not return other departments to her at all.

The overdue page groups outstanding signatures by where people work and their department, and writes a reminder note for each group, addressed to the manager on file for that site (it says so plainly when there is none, rather than guessing). Copy a note in one click, or open it as an email with a link to My policies. Nothing is sent automatically.

Most people sign within their window, and the few who do not are chased and sign late. Kevin Oduya is the exception every practice has: 4 signatures overdue, the oldest 117 days late. The People page lists the most overdue first, and Print record on a person page gives HR the full history.
