The practice administrator sees the whole practice, read only

The button below signs you in as Marcus Bell, the practice administrator (usually the person who signs for this product). He sees every department, the review schedule and the drafts waiting for approval, exactly as the compliance officer does, but with no approve, draft, review or rule controls. He signs his own policies like everyone else.

In the database the same holds: his role reads every row and cannot write anything but his own signature.
