Hand an auditor the evidence
The evidence page lists every signature, including ones on versions that have since been replaced, with how long each record must be kept: 6 years for HIPAA documentation and 3 years for OSHA training records, counted from the day the signature stopped counting, so a signature still in force is never marked for disposal. Filter it by as many policies, departments and people as you like, print it with the Print button (the printout is the record alone, and says so if it is not the whole file), or download it as a CSV that follows the same filters.
An auditor usually asks the harder question: show me that everyone required has acknowledged the current version. Each policy page has Print roster: one row per required person, outstanding people first, with the version they signed and when, and a totals line that matches the policy page. It downloads as a CSV too.
A retired policy (POL-HR-003) keeps its signature history and says when it was in force.
Review dates live on the reviews page. OSHA plans cannot be set to a review cycle longer than 12 months.
A bar stays at the top of every screen so you can come straight back to this step.
