Acceptable use of systems and devices

Purpose. Practice systems exist to care for patients and run the practice. This policy sets out how they may be used.

Practice devices. Only approved software may be installed. Devices lock after 10 minutes idle and must be locked whenever you step away.

Email and messaging. Patient information may be sent only through the practice email system or the patient portal, never through personal email or personal text messaging.

Phishing. Report suspicious email with the Report button. Never enter your password on a page you reached from an email link.
